E. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment of contractually due amounts shall be made as they fall due and in the following manner:
- The first instalment (30% non-refundable deposit): together with this booking form, it must be settled within one (1) month from the submission date to confirm the reservation for the space/booth.
- The second instalment (30% of contract price) due by 18th November 2021.
- The balance (40% of contract price): due by 18th March 2022.
No discounts are available for early payment or payments on account. Applications validated within sixty (60) days before the opening of the Show must be paid in full by the Exhibitor no more than eight (8) days after the date on which the corresponding invoice was sent to the Exhibitor. That time frame will be reduced to two (2) days if the Exhibitor registers fewer than eight (8) days before the Show opens, and in all instances, payment must be received by the Organiser at least two (2) days before the Show opens.

F. DECLARATION
I hereby declare that I have read and accepted the general terms and conditions of participation.
“ The information you provide on this form is mandatory and is used by the Organiser for the purpose of reasonably promoting, marketing and advertising the Exhibitor’s participation in the Show and can be passed on to partners or service providers contractually bound to the Organiser.”

I understand that by submitting this application, it constitutes a binding Contract. Please send us an Invoice upon receipt of this Space Booking Form so that we can make the due payment accordingly.
